Refund Processing
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-14 business days. Alternatively, we also offer refunds as store credit for future orders. Before processing, we will confirm with you to ensure a preferred refund method is applied.
- Shiping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Return Postage Fee Customer Responsibility
3.1 If a replacement is not possible and you choose not to accept a discount, you may cancel the order and return the item for a full refund. Apixmi will cover the re postage fee only if the item was received damaged or faulty, and we request its return before processing the refund. We do not cover return postage costs for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- No longer needed
- Not suitable for intended use
- Incorrect item purchased
- Incorrect color or size selected
