- If the product has warranty applicable, then the warranty period starts from the delivery date and time of the first shipment of that product or 5 days from the date and time of the first shipment of that product, whichever is earlier.
- The purchased product might contain more than 1 warranty seal. In this case each and every warranty seal must be intact, should not be broken or tampered with. If any of the seal is found broken or tampered with, then the product will no longer have any warranty.

- Flex, PCB and modules does not comes with the components installed.
- Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us for warranty repairs. Please allow up to “10” business days for our technician team to check out your returned items.
- All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
This warranty and Replacement does not cover physically damaged , such as cracked glass, rip or torn in the flex cable etc. we thoroughly check and verify every item before we ship it out to you. We try out best to pack in the goods as safely as possible, We recommend you carefully to check the package contents according to packing list in front of postal service or shipping company representative. Also please do not accept the shipment if they are physically damaged or have been opened before delivery.
The color of the goods displayed on the e-commerce website may not exactly match the true color shades perceived in reality. The color shades displayed depend, among other things, on the quality of the monitor, or respectively on the device used.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SENDING GOODS FOR RETURN OR REPALCEMENT TO US: All replacement items should include date of order, order number and the reason why is it being returned. All Replacement items must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGE(cant be damaged) and original sealings.

Battery
- Battery capacity (mAh) varies from supplier to supplier and will be different than the one which comes with the handset.
- All item(s) (except batteries) being Replacement must be in original condition with packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Housing
- Full Housings or body does not include fingerprint sensor, middle and side keys .
- Failure to provide the information as requested above within 5 days will cause the RMA to be denied.Note: For products which are DOA, always leave them in the original packing and plastic material! We do not accept an item if it’s not within it’s original packing or is missing it’s original plastic covers.

If you have received an incorrect item, please take 3 clear photos of the incorrect item.The following terms apply to all refunds and replacements
- All item(s) being replacement without the our stamp will be denied.
- All item(s) that have been replaced without a date of purchase, order number, and returning reason will be denied.
Please make sure you meet the following requirements before sending the goods back for replacement:
- The protective film and warranty seals on LCD & touchscreen should be intact, before taking off protective film & seals please check if the LCD or touchscreen is working.
- The protective film or warranty seal should not have any reposition traces.
- The part should not be physically damaged.
- No modifications or adjustments to the device or misuse of the item.
- The warranty doesn’t cover careless usage of the item (ingress of alien objects and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misuse of voltage and other external factors).
